We are committed to protecting the integrity, fairness and sustainability of the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme. Fraud, corruption, misconduct and other serious wrongdoing can undermine trust and public confidence and have no place in our Scheme.
If you see it, suspect it or are told about it, please report it. We do not tolerate this conduct and will take swift and decisive action against individuals or entities responsible for wrongdoing in or supporting the Scheme.
Anyone can raise a genuine concern about suspected fraud, corruption, misconduct or other serious wrongdoing connected with CDS Vic, Scheme operations, network operators, refund point operators, suppliers, contractors, workers or others involved in the Scheme.
Reports can be made confidentially, and anonymously if preferred, through Your Call, an independent reporting service used for Scheme integrity concerns.

Whether you report online or by phone, your information will be treated confidentially. Information will only be shared where it is necessary to assess or respond to the matter or where required by law.
