Getting started

If you are a manufacturer, distributor, importer, contract bottler or retailer supplying beverage containers into/within Victoria, you may be considered a First Supplier (FS). Over the coming months, you will need to complete the steps below to determine if you will need to sign a supply agreement and register company and your products with VicReturn.

Step 1. Are you a First Supplier?

Use these links to determine if you may be considered a First Supplier and if your containers are eligible.

Step 2. Register with us

You can register your company details via the registration link. Once your details have been accepted, a supply agreement will be generated for your company directors to sign. Please note all supply agreements are the same and no amendments can be made.

Step 3. Register your containers

Once the agreement is fully signed and executed by all the parties;

Step 4. Submit Actual Sales Volumes

  • the nominated portal users will be provided with access to the business portal to submit the actual sales volumes.
    SUBMIT ACTUAL SALES VOLUMES
  • please submit the actual sales volumes by the 15th day of the following month.
