If you are a manufacturer, distributor, importer, contract bottler or retailer supplying beverage containers into/within Victoria, you may be considered a First Supplier. Follow the steps below to determine if you are required to register your company and products and sign a supply agreement with VicReturn.
Please register your company details via the registration link. Once your registration is accepted, a supply agreement will be generated for your company directors to sign. Supply agreements are issued via a Docusign email to be signed electronically. This must be signed before proceeding to the next step. Please note all supply agreements are the same and no amendments can be made.
Once the agreement is fully signed and executed by all the parties;
There is no separate container registration fee, this cost is included in the scheme price per container material type.
Invoices are emailed to First Suppliers.
